If you’re a Maven user then you’re already running unit tests when you build using Maven. You asked us how to run integration tests as part of your Maven build too. In 18.104.22.168 we added a Maven plug-in so that Maven users can use Integration Tester and Service Virtualization to run tests and test-suites as well as starting and stopping stubs during their builds.
And just as Maven generates unit test reports when it runs unit tests, you can also expect to see the results of running integration tests, test-suites, and stubs in the Maven test reports too.
To help we’ve provided sample POM files, a sample Integration Tester project and a sample unit test for that project at https://github.com/ibm-rtvs/maven to make it easy to get started running integration tests and stubs from your Maven build.
After you install 22.214.171.124 Maven users can also update their own POM files to run a collection of tests, test-suites or stubs, by using Rational Test Control Panel as a Maven repository to acquire the plugin easily. Full technical setup details can be found at https://github.com/ibm-rtvs.maven.
